Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Office (IO2) to Single-Family Residential (RS5) on land located on the North Side of West Valley Forge Drive and West of North Hawley Road, in the 16th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will permit single-family residential use.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-501(1)(a).0002. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along West Valley Forge Drive, a line 142 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Valley Forge Drive, a line 75 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Hawley Road and a line 200 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Hawley Road, from Industrial Office (IO2) to Single-Family Residential (RS5).
