Substitute resolution determining it necessary to make various nonassessable public improvements at various locations.
Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable.  After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
 
1st Aldermanic District
 
N. 32nd St. - W. Hampton Ave. to W. Cameron Ave. (SM495030168):  Relay sanitary sewer.
 
3rd Aldermanic District
 
N. Newhall St. - E. Locust St. to E. Hampshire St. (SM495030170):  Relay combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $10,000)
 
4th Aldermanic District
 
N. 28th St. - W. Clybourn St. to W. Wisconsin Ave. (SM495030174):  Relaying combined sewer.
 
W. Michigan St. (Various Locations) - N. 27th St. to N. 31st St. (SM495030173):  Relaying combined sewer.
 
8th Aldermanic District
 
W. Oklahoma Ave. - S. 27th St. to S. 32nd St. (ST211030141):  Traffic Island Modification. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $5,000)
 
10th Aldermanic District
 
N. 36th St. - W. Concordia Ave. to W. Keefe Ave. (SM495030171):  Relay sanitary sewer.

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital Project/Grant accounts.
