Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said Common Council hereby ratifies and approves the Lease Agreement between Lake Express, LLC and the City of Milwaukee, by and through its Board of Harbor Commissioners for lease of parcel for 5.00 acres of bare ground and a terminal to be located at about 2330 S. Lincoln Memorial Drive, for the term commencing about 15 April 2004 through 14 April 2014 plus option periods as described in said lease document; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the designated officers of said government and said Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement to carry out this purpose as prepared by the City Attorney's office.
