Substitute resolution determining it necessary to make various nonassessable public improvements at various locations.
Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable.  After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
 
1st and 10th Aldermanic Districts
 
N. Teutonia Ave. - W. Vienna Ave. to W. Capitol Dr. (SM495020172):  Relaying sanitary sewer.
 
4th Aldermanic District
 
Wisconsin Avenue Lift Bridge (BR100030103):  Cable replacement. (Bridge Construction Renovation Project Account -- $50,000)
 
6th Aldermanic District
 
N. 1st St. - 240 feet m/l south of E. and W. Wright St. to E. and W. Wright St.  (SM495030112):  Relaying combined sewer.
