Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of West Oklahoma Avenue from South 29th Street to a point 165 feet east thereof at any time"
"On the west side of South 16th Street from the north curb line of West Cleveland Avenue to a point 50 feet north thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 11th Street from West Center Street to a point 50 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the south side of West Wright Street from North 35th Street to the north/south alley west thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the east side of South 9th Street from the north curb line of West Mitchell Street to a point approximately 235 feet north thereof at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of West Bruce Street from South 9th Street to a point 50 feet west
In the alley north of West Villard Avenue between North Teutonia Avenue and North 31st Street
On the west side of North 100th Street from West Marion Street to a point 60 feet south at any time
On the west side of North 100th Street from a point 180 feet north of West Marion Street to a point 85 feet further north at any time
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of South 10th Street from West Lincoln Avenue south to the first east/west alley from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
