The President questioned whether the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendations of the Utilities and Licenses Committee in the matter and any written exceptions?
Ayes: 16 - Ald. Davis, D'Amato, Henningsen, Bohl, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Donovan, Richards, Wade, Dudzik, Sanchez, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy, Hines and President Pratt.

THE CHAIR asked whether the following applicants or their counsel were present and wished to address the Council.
Carla Gawrisch represented by Attorney Michael Whitcomb.
ALD. BOHL moved to amend File Number 021404 by striking the Class "D" bartender application of Carla J. Gawrisch from the deny list and send it back to committee.
The motion prevailed.
Laura Stolz did not appear.
Jessica Drake did not appear
Irene Greguska did not appear.
ALD. DUDZIK moved to amend the recomendation for 5031 W. Oklahoma Ave. Irene T. Gregska, agent, Discount Liquor, Inc. class "A" Liquor and malt renewal application from renewal with a 10-da y suspension to renewal.
The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: 16 - Ald. Davis, D'Amato, Henningsen, Bohl, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Donovan, Richards, Wade, Dudzik, Sanchez, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy, Hines and President Pratt.
