Analysis
This resolution amends a special privilege granted to Doran Enterprises, Inc. to keep and maintain a backup driveway in the public right-of-way on the north side of West Montana Street, adjacent to the premises known as 2779 South 34th Street, to now change the name of the grantee of the special privilege to AJM Enterprises, LLC.
Body
Whereas, Doran Enterprises, Inc. was granted a special privilege under Common Council Resolution File Number 86-534, on July 29, 1986, to maintain a backup driveway encroaching into the public right-of-way on the north side of West Montana Street for the premises at 2779 South 34th Street; and
Whereas, The current owner of the property is AJM Enterprises, LLC and should now be named as the grantee of the special privilege; and
Whereas, The backup driveway may only occupy the public right-of-way through the adoption of a special privilege resolution by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Number 86-534 is hereby rescinded; and, be it
Further Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that AJM Enterprises, LLC, 1032 South 87th Street, West Allis, WI 53214, is hereby granted the following special privilege:
