Whereas, Certain inspectors from the Department of Neighborhood Services are scheduled to move into new offices at the renovated Anderson Municipal Building on October 24, 2002; and
Whereas, Necessary exterior paving work at the site has not yet been completed; and money to pay for it was not included in the renovation project budget; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that an amount not to exceed $151,985 shall be transferred from the 2002 Common Council Contingent Fund (0001-9990-0001-C001-006300-2002) to the City of Milwaukee - Department of Public Works' Lake Tower Renovation Fund (BU110020900); and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Comptroller is authorized and directed to establish all funds and necessary accounting procedures to fulfil the intent of this resolution.
