Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential (RT2) to Institutional (TL), on land located on the East Side of North 49th Street and North of West Chambers Street, in the 7th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will change the zoning to allow a parking structure as a special use for St. Joseph Medical Center.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-905.0001. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of North 49th Street, the centerline of West Chambers Street, a line 440.8 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Chambers Street and a line 135 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 49th Street from Two-Family Residential (RT2) to Institutional (TL).
