Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Office (IO1) to Single-Family Residential (RS3), on land located on the East Side of North Granville Road and North of West Donna Drive Extended, in the 15th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will change the zoning to permit a single-family residential subdivision that is consistent with the Northwest Side Plan.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-501(1)(a).0001. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by Parcel 1 and 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 5702, recorded on March 21, 1996, Reel 3760, Images 277 to 283 inclusive as Document No. 7195168, being a division of lands in the Southeast 1/4 and Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 also the Northeast 1/4, Southeast 1/4 and Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, from Industrial Office (IO1) to Single-Family Residential (RS3).
