Analysis
This resolution amends the Year 2003 Funding Allocation Plan for community development, which is attached to file#020549, as follows:
1. $100,000 is provided under the designation "community based organizations," "NSP/Community Organizing/Crime Prevention," for the Community Prosecution Unit-Milwaukee Alliance. The $100,000 is to be allocated from reprogramming funds.
2. $97,800 is provided to the Department of City Development for historic preservation activities. The $97,800 is to be allocated from the Community Development Block Grant Contingency Account.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that File Number 020549, resolution establishing Year 2003 Funding Allocation Plan, adopted August 1, 2002, is amended by amending the Annual Action Plan for community development funding which is attached to the file as follows:
1. $100,000 is provided under the designation "community based organizations," "NSP/Community Organizing/Crime Prevention," for the Community Prosecution Unit-Milwaukee Alliance (note: the $100,000 is to be allocated from available reprogramming funds).
