Analysis
This ordinance corrects a boundary description for a previously approved change in zoning and overlay district.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain that the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances is amended as follows:
 
Section 295-320(5).0008 and Section 295-091.0046. The zoning map is amended to correct the boundary description for the zoning and overlay district for the area bounded by the centerline of West Meinecke Avenue, the centerline of North 27th Street, the centerline of West North Avenue, the centerline of North 25th Street, a line 142 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 25th Street and a line 105 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Meinecke Avenue; and
 
Whereas, The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee are in the process of creating a new zoning code and zoning map for the City of Milwaukee, which will become effective on October 1, 2002; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that upon the effective date of the new zoning code and map, the zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Meinecke Avenue, the centerline of North 27th Street, the centerline of West North Avenue, the centerline of North 25th Street, a line 142 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 25th Street and a line 105 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Meinecke Avenue from Local Business (L/C/40) to Local Business (LB2).
