Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2002 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 010468 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under "Fire Department, Supporting Services Decision Unit", delete one position of "First Assistant Chief Engineer" and add one position of "Assistant Fire Chief."

Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 010468 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under "Health Department, Healthy Behaviors and Health Care Access", add the title "Income Maintenance Grant (P)" and add one position of "Office Assistant II (P)" and add footnote "(P)" as follows: "To expire 12/31/02 unless the Income Maintenance Grant, available from Community Advocates is extended"; under "Disease Control and Prevention Division, Interventions to Prevent the Spread of Aids Grant (K)", delete one position of "Office Assistant III (K)(S)" and delete footnote "(K)"; under "STV/HIV Prevention Training Grant (BB)", delete one "Nurse Practitioner – STD/HIV Program (BB)(K)(X)" and add one position of "Nurse Practitioner – STD/HIV Program (BB)(S)(X)" and amend footnote "(S)" as follows: "To expire 9/30/03 unless the Alcohol-related STD/HIV Risk Counseling Grant, available from the Medical College of Wisconsin is extended. .5 FTE of the Nurse Practitioner position is funded by the STD/HIV Prevention Training Grant" and amend footnote "(BB)" as follows: "To expire 4/30/03 unless the STD/HIV Prevention Training Grant, available from the Cincinnati Health Department, is extended. .5 FTE of the position is funded by the Alcohol-related STD/HIV Risk Counseling Grant"; and under "SURVNET Grant (V)", add one position of "O...
