Substitute resolution updating the City's Prevailing Wage Schedule to incorporate new wage rates and fringe benefit changes as they pertain to building and construction trade categories.
Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the resolution relative to minimum rates of pay and fringe benefits for various construction worker categories employed by the private construction industry engaged in public works contracts with the City of Milwaukee is hereby amended to reflect changes as contained in a letter from the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development dated January 17, 2003, and attached to Common Council File Number 020612; and, be it
Further Resolved, That a copy of the aforesaid letter be included with all certified copies of this resolution as part thereof.
