Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of East Warnimont Avenue from South Chase Avenue to a point approximately 100 feet east thereof at any time"
"402 North 4th Street 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon"
"On the south side of West Cherry Street from North 12th Street to North 12th Lane from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On West Cherry Street between North 12th Lane and North 13th Street at any time"
"On the west side of South 30th Street from West Mitchell Street to West Bumham Street from December 1 to March 1 except Sunday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM"
"On North 12th Street from West Finn Place to West Abert Street from December 1 to March 1 except Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM"
"On the west side of Old World 3rd Street from a point 200 feet north of West Kilbourn Avenue to West State Street at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South 2nd Street from West Pierce Street to a point 40 feet south at any time
On the north side of East Brady Street from North Arlington Place to a point 180 feet west on regular school days 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
On the west side of North Franklin Place from East Brady Street to a point 260 feet north on regular school days 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
On the south side of West Windlake Avenue from South 16th Street to South 19th Street from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On North 11th Street from West State Street to West Highland Avenue"
