Title
Substitute ordinance changing the zoning from Multi-Family Residence (R/D/40) to Two-Family Residence (R/E/40) for land located South of West Center Street and East of North 93rd Street, in the 5th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the zoning of the western portion of the south side of the 9200 block of West Center Street from Multi-Family Residence (R/D/40) to Two-Family Residence (R/E/40). It further provides that, as of the effective date of the new citywide zoning map (October 1, 2002), the zoning of the lands in question will be changed to Single-Family Residential (RS6).
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-120(3).0007. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning of the area bounded by the centerline of West Center Street, the centerline of North 93rd Street, a line 120 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Center Street and a line 80 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 93rd Street, from Multi-Family Residence (R/D/40) to Two-Family Residence (R/E/40); and, be it

Further Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee are in the process of creating a new zoning code and zoning map for the city, which will become effective on October 1, 2002; and, be it

Further Resolved, That upon the effective date of the new zoning code and map, the zoning map is amended to change the zoning of the area bounded by the centerline of West Center Street, the centerline of North 93rd Street, a line 120 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Center Street and a line 80 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 93rd Street, from Two-Family Residence (R/E/40) to Single-Family Residential (RS6).
