Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of North 60th Street from the south curb line of West Hustis Court to a point 70 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the west side of North 60th Street from the north curb line of West Boehlke Avenue to a point 60 feet north thereof at any time"
"On the west side of North 60th Street from the south curb line of West Spokane Avenue to a point 60 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the west side of North 60th Street from the north curb line of West Spokane Avenue to a point 70 feet north thereof at any time"
"On the west side of North 6th Street from West Brown Street to West Juneau Avenue from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday and except where No Parking is in effect"
"On North 7th Lane from West Locust Street to West Chambers Street (during ball games or across from any garage on said street) at any time"
"On the west side of North 41st Street from West St. Paul Avenue to West Mt. Vernon Avenue"
"On the north side of West Rogers Street from the west curb line of South 24th Street to a point 210 feet west thereof from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM except Sunday"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On North 60th Street from West Boehlke Avenue to West Hustis Street
On the north side of West St. Paul Avenue from North 28th Street to a point 60 feet east at any time
On the east side of South Lenox Avenue from East Lincoln Avenue north to the dead end from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM
