Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the resolution relative to minimum rates of pay and fringe benefits for various construction worker categories employed by the private construction industry engaged in public works contracts with the City of Milwaukee is hereby amended to reflect changes as contained in letter(s) from the Milwaukee Building and Construction Trades Council dated May 10, 2002, and from the Department of Public Works/Department of Empolyee Relations dated July 5, 2002, and attached to Common Council File Number 020233; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That a copy of the aforesaid letter(s) be included with all certified copies of this resolution as part thereof.
