Whereas, Mayor John Norquist and his wife, Susan Mudd, have proposed a contribution to the City in accordance with s. 304-24 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances; and
Whereas, Such contributions be accepted by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that in accordance with s. 304-24 of the Code the Common Council hereby accepts the proposed contribution from Mayor John Norquist and his wife, Susan Mudd in an amount together with the proceeds of the dissolution of the Citizens for Norquist campaign fund, totaling $375,000; such contribution to be made after June 30, 2002; and , be it
Further Resolved, That such contribution shall be deposited with the City Treasurer in a trust account established by the City Comptroller as part of the City's permanent improvement fund and be available for expenditure for general city purposes after the Common Council provides the necessary budgetary and expenditure authority.
