SANCHEZ moved that the Common Council do now resolve itself into a committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from Attorney for the applicant and the City Attorney's Office. PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE Attorney Franklyn Gimbel, representing Joanne L. Flanagan, applicant and Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the committee relative to the foregoing matter. ALD. SANCHEZ moved that the committee do now rise. The motion prevailed. ALD. NARDELLI moved to strike the following language: "That this location be declared unfit for a Class "B" Tavern license". The motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: 8 - Ald. D'Amato, Henningsen, Gordon, Sanchez, Pawlinski, Nardelli, Hines and President Pratt. Noes: 6 - Ald. Herron, Donovan, Richards, Dudzik, Breier and Murphy. ALD. PAWLINSKI moved for nonrenewal of the Class "B" Tavern and Tavern Amusement license application of Joanne L. Flanagan for the premises at 7924 W. Appleton Avenue. The motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: 13 - Ald.
