Whereas, Funding of $300,000 for 1999 Milwaukee Police Association (MPA) Interest Arbitration expenses was approved by Common Council Resolution 990117 adopted May 11, 1999; and
Whereas, 1999 expenses for MPA Interest Arbitration Expense purposes have been fulfilled and $102,298.34 remains encumbered; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Comptroller release these encumbered funds; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the remaining funds lapse into the Tax Stabilization Fund.
