Analysis
This resolution will accept a reservation for public right-of-way purposes, thereby opening it for public street purposes which will be used for widening the south side of West County Line Road.

Whereas, A reservation for public right-of-way purposes was created by Warranty Deed dated January 1, 1962, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Milwaukee County in Vol. 4255 Page 456; and
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has been requested to extend sewer and water services to provide these services for a proposed development on the south side of West County Line Road; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following described parcel of land, which has been reserved for public right-of-way purposes, hereby is declared open for public street purposes:
That part of Lands in the Northeast ¼ of Section 6, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, described as follows: The south 27.00 feet of the north 60.00 feet of the following described lands, commencing at the northwest corner of said ¼ Section; thence South 00 deg. 00 min. 35 sec. East, along the west line of said ¼ Section, 795.07 feet to a point, said point lying 2028.66 feet north of the southwest corner of said ¼ Section; thence North 89 deg. 57 min. 30 sec. East, as measured normal to the east line of said ¼ Section, 1146.17 feet to a point, said point lying 1500.00 feet west of, as measured normal to said east line; thence North 00 deg. 02 min. 30 sec.
