Analysis
This ordinance designates 4 sections of city streets as off-limits for cruising. Pursuant to s. 101-20.5-1-a of the code, cruising is defined as driving a motor vehicle past a traffic control point along a designated section of street more than twice in any 2-hour period between the hours of 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. The designated street sections are:

1. West Silver Spring Drive from North 51st Boulevard to North Lovers Lane Road
2. North 60th Street from West Mill Road to West Villard Avenue
3. North 76th Street from West Brown Deer Road to West Good Hope Road
4. West Bradley Road from North 60th Street to North 91st Street

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-20.5-1-b-10 to 13 of the code is created to read:

101-20.5. Cruising Prohibited.

1. DEFINITIONS.

b. "Designated area" means:

b-10. All that portion of West Silver Spring Drive bounded by North 51st Boulevard on the east and North Lovers Lane Road on the west.

b-11. All that portion of North 60th Street bounded by West Mill Road on the north and West Villard Avenue on the south.

b-12. All that portion of North 76th Street bounded by West Brown Deer Road on the north and West Good Hope Road on the south.

b-13. All that portion of West Bradley Road bounded by North 60th Street on the east and North 91st Street on the west.
