Analysis
This ordinance designates North Lovers Lane Road from West Hampton Avenue to West Silver Spring Drive as off-limits for cruising. Pursuant to s. 101-20.5-1-a of the code, cruising is defined as driving a motor vehicle past a traffic control point along a designated section of street more than twice in any 2-hour period between the hours of 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-20.5-1-b-14 of the code is created to read:
101-20.5. Cruising Prohibited.
1. DEFINITIONS.
b. "Designated area" means:
b-14. All that portion of North Lovers Lane Road bounded by West Silver Spring Drive on the north and West Hampton Avenue on the south.
