Resolution authorizing and directing the City Comptroller to transfer
additional funds for the installation and/or modification of traffic control
signals in conjunction with the Congestion Mitigation & Air Quality
Improvement Project to provide a bus-only ramp connecting North
Harbor Drive to I-794 in the 4th Aldermanic District. (Infrastructure

Analysis
This resolution authorizes the City Comptroller to transfer additional funds to
the construction project grant number in the amount of $20,000.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council has previously adopted Resolution File
Number 981653 on April 1, 1999 to execute an agreement with the
Wisconsin Department of Transportation for programming and construction
of a bus-only ramp connecting North Harbor Drive to I-794 through a
CMAQ grant; and
Whereas, Additional work during the construction stage has resulted in the
need for additional funds for the traffic control portion of costs for the
project; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City
Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer funds to the
project grant number as follows:
Project/Grant Number ST32091015,
North Lincoln Memorial Drive and I-794 Ramps, ID #2109-00-91.
City Share, Fund No. 0333, Project Grant No. ST320020000, $4,200
WISDOT Local Grantor Share, Fund No. 0306, Project Grant No. SP032020100, $8,400.
MWF Local Grantor Share, Fund No. 0306, Project Grant No. SP032020100, $4,200.
Federal Grantor Share, Fund No. 0306, Project Grant No. SP032020100, $3,200.
Estimated Cost - $20,000;
