Analysis
This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

Alley between W. Becher St., W. Grant St., S. 31st St., and S. 32nd St. (ST212020102) File Number 941197: Concrete alley pavement reconstruction, replace some abutting sidewalk or driveway approach, and grading. (Assessable Alley Paving Fund -- $66,900; Nonassessable Alley Paving Fund -- $1,700)

Alley between W. Becher St., W. Rogers St., S. 33rd St., and S. 34th St. ST212010146) File Number 000312: Concrete alley pavement reconstruction, replace some abutting sidewalk or driveway approach, and grading. (Assessable Alley Paving Fund -- $67,300; Nonassessable Alley Paving Fund -- $3,500)
