Substitute resolution approving construction of nonassessable public improvement projects at various locations.
Analysis
This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.
Body
Whereas, The following projects have been approved for the nonassessable portion using Community Development Block Grant Administration funds by Resolutions 991848 and 991847; and

Whereas, The funding for the following projects be amended using Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving funds as follows:

8th Aldermanic District

W. Harrison Ave. – S. 6th St. to S. 13th St. (ST21100138) File Number 991182: Concrete pavement reconstruction, replace all curb and gutter, replace sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, grading, and tree removal where necessary. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $319,980.84)

17th Aldermanic District

N. 14th St. – W. Fond du Lac Ave. to W. Brown St. (ST21100105) File Number 991272: Concrete pavement reconstruction, replace all curb and gutter, replace sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, grading, and tree removal where necessary. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $50,000)

W. Lloyd St. – A point west of N. 14th St. to W. Fond du Lac Ave. (ST21100154): Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace all curb and gutter, replace sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, grading, and tree removal where necessary. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $120,000)

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
