Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2002 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 010468 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under "Health Department, Maternal and Child Health Division, Immunization Action plan Grant (DD)", delete one position of "Office Assistant III" and add one position of "Program Assistant I"; under "Home Environmental Health Division" add "Fight Asthma Milwaukee Allies Grant", add one position of "Care Coordinator (X) (RR)" and add footnote "(RR)" as follows: "To expire 12/31/02 unless the Fight Asthma Milwaukee Allies Grant, available from Children's Hospital of Wisconsin is extended. Also funds .2 FTE of the Office assistant II position under the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Grant"; under "Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (W)", delete one position of "Office Assistant II (W)" and add one position of "Office Assistant II (W) (RR)."

Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 010468 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under "Library, Administrative Services Decision Unit", add "Milwaukee County Youth Employment Program (MCYEP) Summer Program Grant", add two positions of "Computer Service Aide (K)" and add footnote "(K)" as follows: "To expire 08/31/02 unless the MCYEP Summer Program Grant, available from Milwaukee Employment and Training, Inc. is extended. Positions are authorized only as reflected in the grant agreement which is approved by the Grantor Agency."

Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
