Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2002 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 010467 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 11, 2002 – May 12, 2002):

Under Salary Grade 008, add the title "Nuisance and Environmental Health Manager."

Part 2. Section 3 of ordinance File Number 010467 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2002 – December 23, 2001):

Under Pay Range 248, add the title "Truck Driver (Over 3.5 Tons)".

Part 3. Section 3 of ordinance File Number 010467 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 9, 2002 – April 14, 2002):

Under Pay Range 276, add the footnote designation "3/" following the title "Port Maintenance Technician 1" and add the following footnote: "3/ Joseph Di Giorgio to be paid at rates consistent with Pay Range 245."

Under Pay Range 274, delete the name "Joseph Di Giorgio" from footnote "3/".

Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Part 4. The provisions of part 1 of this ordinance are deemed to have been in force and effect from and after Pay Period 11, 2002 (May 12, 2002).

The provisions of part 2 of this ordinance are deemed to have been in force and effect from and after Pay Period 1, 2002 (December 23, 2001).

The provisions of part 3 of this ordinance are deemed to have been in force and effect from and after Pay Period 9, 2002 (April 14, 2002).
