Analysis
This ordinance creates a validation program under which visitors to the Milwaukee Public Museum complex (including the museum, the Humphrey IMAX theater and the Discovery World Museum) who park at the MacArthur Square parking garage on a Monday can receive a 50% discount in the amount they are required to pay for parking.  To receive this discount, those using the garage must present a validation provided by any of the 3 venues.
