Title
Ordinance relating to the approval of a Second Amendment to the Detailed Planned Development (DPD) for a planned development known as Walton's Calumet Square, located on the West Side of North 76th Street and South of West Calumet Road, in the 9th Aldermanic District. (DCD)
Analysis
This ordinance will allow for the construction of a fueling station.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee ("Common Council") do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances ("Code") a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-810(2)(b).0184.

(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-810(1) of the Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council approves the subject Amended Detailed Planned Development, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein.

(2) The zoning map is amended to redesignate as a Detailed Planned Development (DPD) the area bounded and described as follows:

That part of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 16, Town 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin together with Lot 5 in Block 1 in Smith Industrial Park being a subdivision of a part of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 16, Town 8 North, Range 21 East in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point being the Northeast corner of said 1/4 Section; thence due West along the north line of said 1/4 Section 885.82 feet to a point; thence South 02 deg. 28 min. 13 sec. West 986.14 feet to a point, said point being the Southeast corner of Josef Buchel Park, being a subdivision of a part of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 16, Town 8 North, Range 21 East, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin; thence due West and pa...
