Ayes: 16 - Ald. Herron, D'Amato, Henningsen, Bohl, Gordon, Donovan, Richards, Cameron, Dudzik, Sanchez, Pawlinski, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy, Hines and President Pratt. Excused: 1 - Ald. Johnson-Odom. THE CLERK asked whether the applicant or her represenative was present and wished to address the Council. Both were present. Peggy Mata and representive Patricia A. Zamarripa ALD. SANCHEZ moved that the Common Council do now resolve itself into a committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from the represenative of the applicant. PROCEEDING OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE Ms. Patricia Zamarripa representing the applicant appeared and addressed the committee relative to the foregoing matter. ALD. PAWLINSKI moved that the Committee do now rise. The motion prevailed. ALD. PAWLINSKI moved to adopt File Number 011389. Ayes: 16 - Ald.
