Minutes note: THE CLERK swore in the Court Reporter. THE CLERK asked whether the applicants or their Counsel was present and wished to address the Council. Recommendation of renewal with a 35 day suspension of the Class "B" Tavern license issued to Peggy Mata for the premises located at 3334 S. 27th Street ("Cancun Restaurant") in the 13th Ald. District. The President questioned whether the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendations of the Utilities and Licenses Committee in this matter and any written exceptions, if filed by the licensee? Ayes: 16 - Ald. Herron, D'Amato, Henningsen, Bohl, Gordon, Donovan, Richards, Cameron, Dudzik, Sanchez, Pawlinski, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy, Hines and President Pratt. Excused: 1 - Ald. Johnson-Odom. THE CLERK asked whether the applicant or her represenative was present and wished to address the Council. Both were present. Peggy Mata and representive Patricia A. Zamarripa ALD. SANCHEZ moved that the Common Council do now resolve itself into a committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from the represenative of the applicant. PROCEEDING OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE Ms. Patricia Zamarripa representing the applicant appeared and addressed the committee relative to the foregoing matter. ALD. PAWLINSKI moved that the Committee do now rise. The motion prevailed. ALD. PAWLINSKI moved to adopt File Number 011389. Ayes: 16 - Ald. Herron, D'Amato, Henningsen, Bohl, Gordon, Donovan, Richards, Cameron, Dudzik, Sanchez, Pawlinski, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy, Hines and President Pratt. Excused: 1 - Ald. Johnson-Odom.
