Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial (I/D/40) to Local Business (L/C/40) located on the North Side of West North Avenue and West of North 25th Street, in the 7th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will change the zoning to allow for additional office and commercial uses at the second phase of the North Avenue Commerce Center.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-320(5).0008. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area commencing at the point of intersection of the centerline of West Meinecke Avenue and the centerline of North 27th Street; thence South along the centerline of North 27th Street to the centerline of West North Avenue; thence East along the centerline of West North Avenue to the centerline of North 25th Street; thence North along the centerline of North 25th Street to a point 54 feet South of the south line of West Meinecke Avenue extended; thence West and parallel to West Meinecke Avenue to a point on the west line of North 25th Street; thence Southwesterly to a point which is 29 feet West of the west line of North 25th Street and 78 feet South of the south line of West Meinecke Avenue; thence South and parallel to North 25th Street 26 feet to a point; thence Northwesterly to a point which is 73.40 feet South of the south line of West Meinecke Avenue and 122 feet West of the west line of North 25th Street; thence West and parallel to West Meinecke Avenue 10 feet to a point which is 132 feet West of the west line of North 25th Street; thence South and parallel to North 25th Street 31.6 feet to a point; thence West 244.05 feet West of the west line of North 25th Street; thence North and parallel to North 25th Street to the centerline of W...
