That the Cabaret License of Diamond food and Beverages, Inc., Agent, Andrea N. Chavis, DBA Phoenix Bar and Grill for the premises at 6222 W. Fond du Lac Avenue which was granted by the Common Council on November 27, 2001 is hereby amended to include comedy acts, solo singers and floor shows.
