Whereas, On July 2, 2001, the Common Council passed a resolution, file no. 010212 authorizing the City Attorney to request proposals for the contract for the collection services for overdue Municipal Court judgments. The City Attorney advertised for responses to the Request for Proposals for the collection services for overdue Municipal Court judgments on October 24, 2001, October 31, 2001 and November 7, 2001, in the Daily Reporter; on October 26, 2001, November 2, 2001 and November 9, 2001 in the Business Journal; and on October 24, 2001, October 31, 2001 and November 7, 2001 in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The City Attorney has reviewed the proposals.
