Title
Ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Local Business (L/C/40) to Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40) located on the Northwest Side of West Windlake Avenue and South of West Grant Street, in the 12th Aldermanic District. (DCD)
Analysis
This ordinance will change the zoning to allow for residential uses.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-130(6).0012. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Windlake Avenue, a line 132.08 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Windlake Avenue, a line 82.03 feet South and perpendicular to the south line of West Grant Street and a line 107.03 feet South and perpendicular to the south line of West Grant Street from Local Business (L/C/40) to Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40).
