Motion relative to tax stabilization fund withdrawal for 2002 budget purposes.
Body:
For budget purposes, that portion of the tax stabilization fund withdrawal regulated by Section 304-29-4-a and b of the Milwaukee code be established and authorized to be the following:
$11,000,000 but in no case shall this portion of the withdrawal exceed the amount permitted by Section 304-29-4-a and b of the Milwaukee Code.
