Whereas, The North Avenue Community Development Corporation (NACDC) was awarded Large Impact Development (LID) funds on February 14, 2000 in the amount of $160,466; and
 
Whereas, The North Avenue Community Development Corporation has previously requested a change from the original LID activity to a new location at 3709 W. North Ave., that was approved by the Common Council on March 20, 2001, and
 
Whereas, The North Avenue has requested to change the activity location to another property located within the Gateway project at 3829 W. North Ave., and
 
Whereas, The Large Impact Development funds will be used for interior and exterior rehab at 3829 W. North Ave., and NACDC expects to create 8 jobs and 5 new apartment units.  NACDC expects a commercial business to move to the site in December; now therefore, be it
 
Resolved, That the Community Development Committee on November 20, 2001 approved the change of the Large Impact Development activity awarded to North Avenue Community Development Corporation.
