Resolution amending File No. 010366 regarding the terms of a Cooperation Agreement between the City of Milwaukee and the West End Development Corporation for the production of a Near West Side Master Plan. (DCD)
Analysis
This amending resolution clarifies which of the parties to a previously authorized Cooperation Agreement will be responsible for issuing the Request for Proposals for the preparation of a Master Plan for the Near West Side.
Body
Whereas, On August 2, 2001, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted File No. 010366 regarding the production and funding of a Near West Side Master Plan, including the terms for a Cooperation Agreement between the City of Milwaukee and the West End Development Corporation; and
Whereas, The West End Development Corporation has requested that the Department of City Development ("DCD") issue the Request for Proposals for consultant services for the preparation of the Master Plan and this responsibility was not assigned to DCD in the Term Sheet which was approved by adoption of File No. 010366; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that File No. 010366 is amended by approving a revised Term Sheet, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A; and, be it
Further Resolved, That all other provisions of Common Council File No. 010366 remain unchanged.
