Analysis
This zoning change was requested by True Love Missionary Baptist Church and will permit 210 West Keefe Avenue, currently zoned commercial, to be combined with three parcels to the west, which are zoned residential.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-501.2(c).0011. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 210 West Keefe Avenue, Tax Key No. 273-0324-121, from Local Business (LB2) to Two-Family Residential (RT4).
