Analysis
This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

N. 12th St. – W. Wisconsin Ave. to W. Highland Ave. (ST32000601) (2105-00-70) File Number 991572: Concrete pavement reconstruction and asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace curb and gutter and sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, special treatment, sodding, and grading. (Marquette Fund -- $5,400; State or Federal Funds -- $314,000; State/Federal Grantor Paving Fund -- $50,000; Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $41,000; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $66,000) These funds are to be transferred to the construction account ST32000610.
