Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2001 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 24 of ordinance File Number 000507 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2001 - December 24, 2000):

Eliminate the rates of pay shown for Pay Ranges 956 through 962 and substitute the following in lieu thereof:

Pay Range 956

Official Rate - Hourly

$21.58

Pay Range 957

Official Rate - Hourly

$22.15

Pay Range 958

Official Rate - Hourly

$23.17

Pay Range 960

Official Rate - Hourly

$22.41

Pay Range 961

Official Rate - Hourly

$22.97

Pay Range 962

Official Rate - Hourly

$22.74

Part 2.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Part 3.  The provisions of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after Pay Period 1, 2001 (December 24, 2000).

Part 4.  This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
