Body

Whereas, NIDC has requested the use of CDBG Program Income in the amount of $100,000 to administer the Lindsay Heights Tax Incremental District (TID); and

Whereas, The Lindsay Heights (TID) will continue operations through 2003.  Approximately $70,000 of the CDBG Program Income will be used in 2002 and approximately $30,000 in 2003. The funds will help 100 existing homes to be rehabbed, and 60 new homes will be built; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the Community Development Committee on October 9, 2001 approved the use of CDBG program income in the amount of $100,000 for the Lindsay Heights (TID) through 2003.
