This resolution reverses the September 18, 2001, decision of the Historic Preservation Commission to impose interim designation on the properties located at 2560-62 North Stowell Avenue, 2566 North Stowell Avenue, 2570 North Stowell Avenue and 2502 East Webster Place.
Body
Whereas, On September 18, 2001, in accordance with s.308-81 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances, the Historic Preservation Commission voted to impose interim historic designation on the properties located at 2560-62 North Stowell Avenue, 2566 North Stowell Avenue, 2570 North Stowell Avenue and 2502 East Webster Place; and
 
Whereas, The owners of these properties, pursuant to s.308-81-10.5, are entitled to appeal the Commission's decision to impose interim designation to the Common Council, and the owners have filed for a request for a hearing of this appeal in a timely manner; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the September 28, 2001, decision of the Historic Preservation Commission to impose an interim historic designation on the properties located at 2560-62 North Stowell Avenue, 2566 North Stowell Avenue, 2570 North Stowell Avenue and 2502 East Webster Place, is reversed.
