Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easements offered the City of Milwaukee:
 
Water Easement WE-837, executed by the City of Franklin, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Home Depot U.S.A., Inc., a Delaware corporation, for a permanent easement in Parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 6503, North of West Sycamore Street West of South 27th Street, in the City of Franklin.
 
Water Easement WE-883 and Sewer Easement SE-2686, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Harley Davidson Motor Company, a Wisconsin corporation, for a permanent easement in vacated West Juneau Avenue from North 37th Street to vacated North 38th Street; in vacated North 37th Street from West Juneau Avenue to the Soo Line Railroad Company right-of-way; and in vacated North 38th Street from West Highland Boulevard to vacated West Juneau Avenue, in the City of Milwaukee.       
 
Water Easement WE-886, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and 1776 Development Corp., for a permanent easement in Trostel Square Development West of the Milwaukee River from 100 feet Southwest of East Vine Street to 100 feet Northeast of East Ship Street, in the City of Milwaukee.
 
are accepted, ordered recorded by the City Real Estate Officer, and thereafter kept on file in the Office of the City Comptroller.
