Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-12-2 of the Code relating to No U Turns is amended by adding the following:
On West Walnut Street at the median opening east of North 10th Street eastbound
Part 2. Section 101-12-4-a of the Code relating to Mandatory Turn Lanes is amended by adding the following:
On North 51st Street at West Burleigh Street left lane must turn left northbound
On North 51st Boulevard at West Burleigh Street left lane must turn left southbound
Part 3. Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following:
On North 100th Street from West Grantosa Drive to West Congress Street
On East Bay Street from South Hilbert Street to South Mound Street
On North 60th Street from West Hadley Street to West Chambers Street
On North 7th Street from West Burleigh Street to West Ring Street
Part 4. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:
"On North 19th Street at West Fairmount Avenue"
Part 5. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following:
"On East Hampshire Street at North Bartlett Avenue"
"On North Cambridge Avenue and East Kenwood Boulevard in all directions"
Part 6. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On North 19th Street at West Fairmount Avenue
On East Kenwood Boulevard at North Cambridge Avenue
On West Clarke Street at North 59th Street
On West Washington Street and South 12th Street in all directions
