Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of West Capitol Drive from North Sherman Boulevard to West Lisbon Avenue from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM except Saturday and Sunday"
Part 2. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of West Capitol Drive from North Sherman Boulevard to North 76th Street from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM except Saturday and Sunday
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"For a distance of 30 feet in front of 3401 West Wisconsin Avenue"
"On the east side of North 6th Street from the south curb line of West Kilbourn Avenue at a point 173 feet south thereof at any time"
"On North 11th Street from the south curb line of West Locust Street to 60 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 12th Street from West Abert Place to West Finn Place from December 1st to March 1st except Sunday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM"
"On North 15th Street from a point 620 feet north of West Burleigh Street to West Ring Street from December 1st to March 1st except Sunday 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM"
Part 4. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South 4th Street from West Maple Street to a point 60 feet south
On the north side of West Greenfield Avenue from South 10th Street to a point 55 feet east
In the alley bounded by West Burnham Street, West Rogers Street, South 6th Street and South 7th Street at any time
In the alley bounded by West National Avenue, West Walker Street, South 9th Street and South 10th Street at any time
On the west side of North 16th Street from West Keefe Avenue to West Finn Place from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM
On the north side of West Bruce Street from South 5th Street to South 6th Street
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to 30 Minute Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of West Wells Street from North 21st Street to the first north/south alley east thereof"
Part 6. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of West Wright Street between North 12th Street and North Teutonia Avenue and from the first alley south of North Teutonia Avenue west to North 14th Street"
"On the west side of North 12th Street from West Clarke Street to West Center Street"
"On both sides of North Teutonia Avenue from the north line of West Chambers Street (east of North Teutonia Avenue) to a point 210 feet north thereof"
Part 7. Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of West Bruce Street from South 5th Street to South 6th Street
