Analysis
This resolution will authorize refund of weed cutting charges placed on the 2000 Tax Roll due to clerical error of the Sanitation Division and transfer charges to correct property.

Whereas, Erroneous weed cutting charges were made against this parcel of real estate in 2000; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to refund $127.00 to the possessor of the 2000 tax bill for Key Number 246-0175-3 also known as 4331 N. 27th Street. Refund check should be sent to the property owner, Donald Feldbruegge, W332 N6391 Hwy C, Nashotah, WI 53058; and, be it
Further Resolved, that the above mentioned weed cutting charges be placed on the 2001 tax rolls by the City Treasurer to the following Tax Key Number:
246-0174-000-8 (also known as 4323 N. 27th St.)- $127.00,
and the amount in this resolution is to be charged to Fund Number:
0470, Account 636508 Prog 39d1 Subclass R999 Budget Year 2001; and be it
Further Resolved , That no interest be paid on the delinquent charge in this resolution.
