This resolution will cancel weed cutting charges placed on the 2000 Tax Roll due to Administrative Review Appeals Board decision.

Whereas, weed cutting charges were made against a parcel of real estate in 2000; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to amend the 2000 Tax Roll by canceling the weed cutting charges in the amount of $122 per decision of the Administrative Review Appeals Board, to the possessor of the 2000 tax bill for Key Number 424-0203-000-8 also known as 603 S. Layton Blvd., chargeable to Fund Number 0470 6940 636508 39D1; and be it

Further Resolved , That no interest be paid on the delinquent charge in this resolution.
