Analysis

This resolution allows a cut in street pavement at 2018 North 16^th Street where the pavement is currently is under three year warranty.

Body

Whereas, Allan Builders is constructing a new home at 2018 North 16^th Street; and

Whereas, The new home requires installation of new sewer and water laterals; and

Whereas, Installation of the laterals will necessitate cutting street pavement that is less than three years old; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to issue an excavation permit allowing a pavement cut in the street adjacent to 2018 North 16^th Street; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the pavement restoration shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications and restrictions established by the Department of Public Works of the City of Milwaukee.
